ST. LOUIS-EVA Properties LP is planning to construct a newshopping center in Festus. The shopping center known as StonecrestPlace will be developed in the southwest corner of Interstate 55 atShapiro and Highway A.
According to Realty Exchange, which is handling the listing, thenew site comprises more than 348,000 square feet of space availablefor office, restaurant or retail development.
