NEW YORK CITY-On Wednesday, Fairway Market will start constructing its newest store on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The store is planning to expand its chain of groceries in different locations.
Fairway Market will open a 45,000 square-foot store at 240 E. 86th St. in 2011. The store is located at the base of The Ventura, an apartment building, between Second and Third avenues. The Upper East Side store is part of a four-generation plan. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
