NEW YORK CITY-Micro Office Solutions has doubled its lease to40,000 square feet at 1375 Broadway building owned by State CourtEnterprises. The firm will take up sixth and tenth floors alongwith the third floor in the tower.
The asking rent was $36 per square foot and ColliersInternational represented both the tenant and the owner in thetransaction. Meanwhile, Raich Ende Malter, an accounting firm, hasalso increased its office space in the tower to 20,000 squarefeet.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
