NEW YORK CITY-Micro Office Solutions has doubled its lease to 40,000 square feet at 1375 Broadway building owned by State Court Enterprises. The firm will take up sixth and tenth floors along with the third floor in the tower.
The asking rent was $36 per square foot and Colliers International represented both the tenant and the owner in the transaction. Meanwhile, Raich Ende Malter, an accounting firm, has also increased its office space in the tower to 20,000 square feet.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
