NEW YORK CITY-The AIDS Vaccine Initiative, a nonprofit organization, has inked a lease agreement for 15 years for 37,404 square feet of space at 125 Broad Street from Mack-Cali.

The Mack-Cali building has managed to pull decent tenants including Sullivan & Cromwell and the American Civil Liberties Union. In the transaction, the owner was represented by CB Richard Ellis, while Studley's Jason Schwartzenberg, Joseph Messina and Marc R.
