CHICAGO-Amli Residential Partners LLC, Chicago-based apartment investor, has planned to sell an 87-acre property, Amli at Osprey Lake, located at 2025 Greystone Circle in north suburban Gurnee for a total amount of $60 million.
A Chicago-based apartment broker, Moran & Co. was hired by the apartment investor to trade the 483-apartment complex, which is currently 97% occupied. Amli had purchased the property in 2001 for an amount of $55 million. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
