FORT MYERS, FL-Fortune Development of SW Florida, LLC has bought two industrial buildings in Fort Myers from Bruce Hoovis. The firm has purchased an industrial building measuring 16,800 square feet at 12320 Crystal Commerce Loop and a 9,000-square-foot industrial building located at 12330 Crystal Commerce Loop for a total amount of $1,080,000.

VIP Realty-Commercial's Kim Hudak negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller and RE/MAX Realty Group's Jim McMenamy represented the buyer in the transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
