DALLAS-Holly Corp. is relocating from 100 Crescent Court officecomplex to 2828 N. Harwood tower. The firm has leased 36,000 squarefeet at 2828 N. Harwood building situated at Harwood and Huntstreets from Harwood International.
Holly will occupy part of the 13th floor and the entire 14thfloor in the building. Harwood International's David O. Roehm andBoury negotiated the deal. Mike Wyatt and Bill McClung of Cushman& Wakefield of Texas represented the tenant. For thefull story, go to The Dallas Morning News.
