DALLAS-Holly Corp. is relocating from 100 Crescent Court office complex to 2828 N. Harwood tower. The firm has leased 36,000 square feet at 2828 N. Harwood building situated at Harwood and Hunt streets from Harwood International.
Holly will occupy part of the 13th floor and the entire 14th floor in the building. Harwood International's David O. Roehm and Boury negotiated the deal. Mike Wyatt and Bill McClung of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas represented the tenant. For the full story, go to The Dallas Morning News.
