NEW YORK CITY-James Caird Asset Management, a hedge fund firm,is moving from a 5,000-square-foot office space at 1251 Sixth Ave.in Rockefeller Center into an 18-story Class A building at 545Madison Ave. The firm has inked a lease for 10 years with LCOR for7,175 square feet of space.
