CHICAGO-Jim Beam unit of Fortune Brands Inc. has inked a renewal and extension agreement with Arden Realty Inc. of General Electric Co. for its leased headquarters at the Corporate 500 Centre in Deerfield.
The Jim Beam unit has agreed to stretch the lease of the 116,000-square-foot office space at the 510 Lake Cook Road. The complex, which measures 700,000 square feet, is 91% leased.
