MIAMI-Stiles is planning to develop a Publix-anchored urban retail shopping center at 18Biscayne in downtown Miami. The 57,200-square-foot, three-story center will be open to the public in early 2012. Wells Fargo Bank is financing the fast-track construction for Stiles, a full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale.
