NEW YORK CITY-Goris Grocers, the Goris family owned grocery chain, has leased the whole ground floor of the 11-story apartment tower at 1660 Madison Ave. in Harlem for 15 years. The asking rent for the 10,185 square-foot lease was $40 per square foot, and Frawley Plaza LLC was the owner of the tower.
