NAPERVILLE, IL-Wanxiang America Real Estate Group LLC, a Chinese capital backed realty investment company, has acquired an empty 330,000-square-foot tower at 1200 Warrenville Rd. in Naperville for $9 million.
The firm plans to renovate the four-story tower completely by investing $47 million, which includes the cost of acquisition. This deal is the third massive deal in the west suburban office market in less than three months, which indicates an improvement in the investor buying activity.
