CHICAGO-Owners of Willis Tower in Chicago are facing opposition as they look for City Hall's assistance to finance $350 million to add energy-saving systems and wind turbines to the tower in the Windy City.
In a recent review, Chicago City Alderman Robert Fioretti said that the owners of the building, John Huston and Yisroel Gluck of Skokie, Illinois, and Joseph Moinian and Joseph Chetrit of New York, assured him that they would cut down their request to about $35 million.
