CHICAGO-Owners of Willis Tower in Chicago are facing oppositionas they look for City Hall's assistance to finance $350 million toadd energy-saving systems and wind turbines to the tower in theWindy City.

In a recent review, Chicago City Alderman Robert Fioretti saidthat the owners of the building, John Huston and Yisroel Gluck ofSkokie, Illinois, and Joseph Moinian and Joseph Chetrit of NewYork, assured him that they would cut down their request to about$35 million.
