NEW YORK CITY-Simon Property Group, an Indiana-based real estate firm that manages a portfolio of 263 million square feet, has signed a 10-year lease for 11,652 square feet of space on the 22nd floor of 230 Park Ave. tower to relocate its headquarters.

The asking rent was hovering around $60 per square foot and Monday Properties was the owner of the tower. In the deal, CB Richard Ellis represented both the tenant and the owner. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
