FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Willow Lake Estates, Inc. has sold two manufactured home communities named Highland Village and County Knolls to a group of buyers including Highland Village Commercial, LLC, Country Knolls MHC, LLC and Highland Village MHC, LLC for $23.65 million.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Willow Lake Estates, Inc. has sold two manufactured home communities named Highland Village and County Knolls to a group of buyers including Highland Village Commercial, LLC, Country Knolls MHC, LLC and Highland Village MHC, LLC for $23.65 million.

The commercial strip center and home community comprise 5,360 square-foot office and retail building on a 2.55-acre site and 666 lots on nearly 90-acre site in Deerfield Beach. Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT negotiated the sale. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
