YMCA to Move Corporate Offices to Former Rainbows' Building

WICHITA, KS-The Greater Wichita YMCA is relocating its corporate offices to the former building of Rainbows United Inc. from its north branch.

WICHITA, KS-The Greater Wichita YMCA is relocating its corporate offices to the former building of Rainbows United Inc. from its north branch. YMCA has inked a lease deal for 8,500 square feet of space at 340 S. Broadway in Wichita. The organization will move its 30 employees into the new building on November 1.

J.P. Weigand & Sons Inc.'s Grant Tidemann represented the tenant and NAI John T. Arnold Associates' Marlin Penner represented the building owners in the transaction. For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal.
