BALTIMORE-Bethesda, MD-based developer Potomac Holdings hasannounced plans to start construction on a 323-bed, 11-storystudent housing for the University of Baltimore in April 2011,which will sit on a university-owned undeveloped land at thenortheast corner of West Biddle Street and Maryland Avenue.

The developer will buy the property for $700,000 from theUniversity of Baltimore Foundation. The $27 million, 124,000square-foot tower will feature two- and four-bedroom units and 114studios, which is expected to be complete by 2012 summer.For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun.
