SAN DIEGO-The San Diego Housing Commission has bought a 53,944-square-foot, mixed-use project, Courtyard Condos, located at 4395 El Cajon Blvd. in San Diego from Comerica Bank for $7.2 million.
The building, which was constructed in 2009, includes 3,691 square feet of vacant retail space in the ground floor and 37 one-bedroom units and 26 two- and three-bedroom units in the rest of the building.
