PHOENIX-Universal Technical Institute Inc. of Phoenix isrelocating its corporate headquarters to an office building, MAX atKierland, located at 16220 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale. Thetrade school has inked a lease for 85,000 square feet of space sothat it can move its 425 employees there.
