PHOENIX-Universal Technical Institute Inc. of Phoenix is relocating its corporate headquarters to an office building, MAX at Kierland, located at 16220 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale. The trade school has inked a lease for 85,000 square feet of space so that it can move its 425 employees there.
