ORLANDO-The Milano-Shelton Investment Team has sold Winn-Dixie Supermarket, a 47,718 square-foot property that sits on a 6.81-acre land, in Haines City to Florida-based ESAN LLC for a total amount of $1,790,000 or about $37.51 per square foot.
