The sale includes an 18-hole championship golf course, which wasdesigned by Arthur Hills, a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse, fullservice restaurant, maintenance building, cart barn and pro shop.Land Solutions' Billy Rollins and Randy Thibaut negotiated the dealon behalf of the seller.
