SAN BERNARDINO, CA-Cohen Asset Management Inc., a LosAngeles-based realty investor, has announced plans to market somebuildings of its Brea Canyon Commerce Center, a231,000-square-foot, six-building facility located between ImperialHighway and Lambert Road in San Bernardino, which it bought for$14.7 million in July 2010.

The buildings size varies between 20,000 square feet and 69,000square feet. The offer prices for the two largest towers are $98per square foot and that for the smallest towers are $123 persquare foot. For the full story, go to Orange County BusinessJournal.
