FULLERTON, CA-Label-Aire Inc., part of Lakewood-based ImpaxxInc., has renewed a lease agreement for 10 years with RREEF FundsLLC for its headquarters located at 550 Burning Tree Road inFullerton.
The renewed lease in the 60,000-square-foot building amounts to$4 million. As per the deal, the company has to change the buildingas it develops.
