FULLERTON, CA-Label-Aire Inc., part of Lakewood-based Impaxx Inc., has renewed a lease agreement for 10 years with RREEF Funds LLC for its headquarters located at 550 Burning Tree Road in Fullerton.
The renewed lease in the 60,000-square-foot building amounts to $4 million. As per the deal, the company has to change the building as it develops.
