HOUSTON-Beacon Investment has bought 3900 Essex, an office building measuring 235,620 square feet situated near Greenway Plaza, from affiliates of Aquinas Cos. and Fuller Realty Partners.
The 3900 Essex building, which previously housed Baker Hughes Corp.'s headquarters, was renovated in 2007. The property, which is currently 92% leased, have different tenants including Aquinas Cos., Bank of Houston, Mohle Adams, Open Solutions and Thomson Reuters.
