HOUSTON-Beacon Investment has bought 3900 Essex, an officebuilding measuring 235,620 square feet situated near GreenwayPlaza, from affiliates of Aquinas Cos. and Fuller RealtyPartners.

The 3900 Essex building, which previously housed Baker HughesCorp.'s headquarters, was renovated in 2007. The property, which iscurrently 92% leased, have different tenants including AquinasCos., Bank of Houston, Mohle Adams, Open Solutions and ThomsonReuters.
