NEW YORK CITY-Bridge Furniture and Props is increasing its retail space in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The firm has inked a lease for 10 years with 237 Russ LLC for 10,000 square feet of space at 237 Russell St. The asking rent was $11 per square foot.
