HOUSTON-Fulcrum Power Services L.P. has leased 34,132 squarefeet in Greenway Plaza. The retail electric provider isconsolidating several offices into 3800 Buffalo Speedway, one of 10buildings in the master planned business park.

Fulcrum Power, which provides retail power through its operatingsubsidiaries, Amigo Energy and Tara Energy, will occupy the topfloor of the five-story, 155,801-square-foot building. Thecompany’s main office is currently located on the 10th floor ofDecorative Center Houston at the corner of Woodway Drive and SageRoad.

“Fulcrum’s goal was to consolidate three separate officelocations into one building,” says Bubba Harkins, leasing managerfor Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC, which owns the class Bbuilding. He represented Fort Worth, TX-based Crescent in leasenegotiations, along with Warren Savery. Angus Hughes of Cushman& Wakefield of Texas’ local office represented FulcrumPower.
