Capitol St., NW--a Capitol Hilloffice building owned by Clark Enterprises and Boston Properties.McDermott plans to relocate its offices from 600 13th St., NW inNovember 2012. The law firm was represented by Lois Zambo andSteve London of Studley. Boston and Clarkwere represented by Art Santry, Phillip Thomas, ZekeDodson and Kerri Mulligan-Salih of Cassidy Turley.
The firm will become the primary tenant in the building, whichwill be known as the McDermott Building. The deal also calls for arenovation of the structure, which has to be approved by theCommission of Fine Arts.
