LOS ANGELES-One Lambda, a Canoga Park-based firm, is relocating into an office building in Warner Center situated in Woodland Hills as part of its expansion plan. The company will occupy the 53,000 square-foot facility located at 21200 Oxnard Street and will move its administrative department there.
The office building was bought for $9.2 million by one of the shareholders from whom the company has leased the space. One Lambda will move into the new building in the beginning of 2011. For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
