MIAMI-Plato's Closet has signed a lease for 2,800 square feet ofspace at the 475,000 square-foot London Square, a shopping centerlocated at the southeast corner of S.W. 137th Avenue and S.W. 120thStreet in Kendall, to house its first Miami retail store.
The firm plans to open the store in November 2010, which willmarket used national-brand accessories and clothing. Leasing vicepresident of Woolbright Development Howard Lefkowitz negotiated thedeal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
