ST. PETERSBURG, FL-A local investor has bought the Savannah Apartments located in St. Petersburg for $450,000 from a financial institution based in Miami. The sale was announced by Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
The 19-unit apartment complex, which was constructed in 1966, was foreclosed at the beginning of this year. Casey Babb, CCIM from Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office, handled the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
