ST. PETERSBURG, FL-A local investor has bought the SavannahApartments located in St. Petersburg for $450,000 from a financialinstitution based in Miami. The sale was announced by Marcus &Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.

The 19-unit apartment complex, which was constructed in 1966,was foreclosed at the beginning of this year. Casey Babb, CCIM fromMarcus & Millichap's Tampa office, handled the deal on behalfof both the seller and the buyer. For the full story, go toFlorida Real EstateJournal.
