ARLINGTON, VA-CACI International Inc., a government contractor, has leased 29,000 square feet of space at Potomac Gateway, a 350,000-square-foot complex situated in Crystal City from BPG Properties Ltd.
As per the lease agreement, CACI will occupy space in the 175,000-square-foot, 10-story tower, which is currently 94% leased, at 2800 Crystal Drive. Cassidy Turley's Krysta Hardiman, Spencer Stouffer and Todd Brinkman represented the owner and UGL Equis' Junius Tillery represented the tenant in the deal.
