NEW YORK CITY-Park Tower Group has inked expansion and extensionleases totaling over 66,000 square feet with its seven existingtenants at its 502,318-square-foot, 37-story tower at 535 MadisonAvenue.
Investment company Morgan Keegan doubled its lease to 28,750square feet for 10 years by occupying the tenth and ninth floors ofthe tower. Retailers Bauman Rare Books and Bric's have renewedtheir 1,133-square-foot and 1,610-square-foot leases, respectively.Another retailer, Links of London also renewed its 975-square-footlease.
