NEW YORK CITY-Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is starting a new business for commercial realty investments, which will perform property transactions involving fewer risks on behalf of wealthy individuals, big investors and pension funds. It will come under the Asset Management division of Goldman Sachs, which runs the Whitehall funds.
