NEW YORK CITY-Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is starting a newbusiness for commercial realty investments, which will performproperty transactions involving fewer risks on behalf of wealthyindividuals, big investors and pension funds. It will come underthe Asset Management division of Goldman Sachs, which runs theWhitehall funds.
