ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Home Town Buffet and Grill has leased a restaurant measuring 5,424 square feet at 3800 34th Street S. in St. Petersburg from Khouri Property Group, the landlord.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Home Town Buffet and Grill has leased a restaurant measuring 5,424 square feet at 3800 34th Street S. in St. Petersburg from Khouri Property Group, the landlord.

Commercial Partners Realty's Frank Bozikovich negotiated the lease transaction on behalf of the landowner. Home Town Buffet and Grill has started reconstructing the new site and is planning to open the restaurant towards the end of October for business.
