DALLAS-Zurich American Insurance Co., an office tenant based inNorth Dallas, is moving to Addison. The firm has leased 85,000square feet of office space in the Colonnade II building at ArapahoRoad on the Dallas North Tollway from a CB Richard Ellis investmentfund.
