BUFFALO-The development group, which had planned to venture onthe $50-million project in Larkin District, has officially acquiredthe building. Seneca Larkin 701 LLC headed by Gordon Reger hasbought a warehouse measuring 1.2 million square feet located at 701Seneca Street for $3.1 million from Seneca IndustrialAssociates.


Reger's Seneca Exchange Larkin Partners is also planning topurchase the adjacent four-story building, which measures 120,000square feet. Preliminary work on the dual projects will begin thisfall. For the full story, go to Business First ofBuffalo.
