NEW YORK CITY-Horsham, PA-based Toll Bros. has acquired apremier, distressed property situated on the Upper East Side ofManhattan. On Wednesday, the company said that it has plans toconstruct a 15-story residential building at 132 E. 65th St.


The firm is also developing 303 E. 33rd St. in the neighborhoodof Murray Hill and Northside Piers in Brooklyn. The builder alsosaid that it is planning to use the exceeding capital on landdeals. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
