DENVER-Dallas-based Granite Properties Inc. has put up a31-story, 556,000-square-foot skyscraper named Granite Towersituated at 1099 18th Street in downtown Denver for sale.Denver-based Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado Inc. is handlingthe marketing of the property.
Granite Properties had purchased the high-rise tower fromPhiladelphia-based Amerimar Enterprises Inc. for $88.5 million,which translates into $160 per square foot, in 2005.
