WASHINGTON, DC-The GW Medical Faculty Associates, a not-for-profit organization, has acquired a nine-story, 120,000-square-foot office tower located at 300 M St. NW from a venture between Aon Corp. and The Carlyle Group for $49.5 million.
The firm, which involves about 550 doctors, plans to use the building as its expanded home to do the practice. In the deal, the seller was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., while the buyer was represented by Studley. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
