DETROIT-Wellesley Gardens Phase II situated in PittsfieldTownship will be put up for sale in an auction that extends fromOctober 26 to 28. Since no one offered a price of $1.2 million inthe September bid, this time the bidding amount for the developmentwill start at $7,350.
