
NAPLES, FL-Indianapolis-based Keystone Senior Living, LLC has acquired 28 communities, which total 573 beds, across Wisconsin and Minnesota for an amount of $60.5 million or about $105,244 per unit.
In the transaction, Dynamic Healthcare, LLC's Adam Fischer represented the buyer and Senior Care Realty, LLC's Michael Collins represented a portfolio owned by Mark D.
