CORAL GABLES, FL-AMB Codina Beacon Lakes, a joint venturebetween Flagler and AMB Property Corporation, has completed leaseswith two freight-forwarding firms totaling 124,671 square feet atits Building 12 at Beacon Lakes Business Park situated in the MiamiAirport-West submarket.
The two deals include Amcar Freight, Inc.'s 59,602-square-footlease for 10 years and Martainer, Inc.'s 65,069-square-foot leasefor 10 years. In the deal, Flagler Real Estate Services, LLCrepresented the owner, while WestVest Associates represented boththe tenants.
