CORAL GABLES, FL-AMB Codina Beacon Lakes, a joint venture between Flagler and AMB Property Corporation, has completed leases with two freight-forwarding firms totaling 124,671 square feet at its Building 12 at Beacon Lakes Business Park situated in the Miami Airport-West submarket.
The two deals include Amcar Freight, Inc.'s 59,602-square-foot lease for 10 years and Martainer, Inc.'s 65,069-square-foot lease for 10 years. In the deal, Flagler Real Estate Services, LLC represented the owner, while WestVest Associates represented both the tenants.
