INDIANAPOLIS-IndySQUARED has completed two office deals at Fletcher Place towers in the Indianapolis market. In the first deal, Wound Vision LLC has leased 3,100 square feet of space at 410 S. College Avenue.
In the second deal, Lewis and Wilkins LLP has leased 2,033 square feet of space at 427 S. College Avenue. In these deals, Sandra Jarvis of IndySQUARED represented the owners Von Deylen Family LLC and Deylen Rea.For the full story, go to Indy Star.
