SAN DIEGO-San Diego port commissioners and Lane Field developersare planning together to create a setback park of 150 square feeton North Harbor Drive. On October 5, port commissioners agreed towork with Lane Field Developers LLC the next 30 to 60 days to settwo land-option agreements.
