NEW YORK CITY-Bay Ridge Ford is opening a Ford dealership at 61286th Street in Brooklyn, which will have a showroom measuring 7,500square feet on a site spanning 27,000 square feet. The lease runsfor 20 years, which includes an option to extend for another fiveyears.
The firm also has plans to open a service and parts facilityspanning 30,000 square feet inside the Brooklyn Army Terminal, anindustrial complex located in Sunset Park.
